1. Depth Photo Technique — The Ruler Sandwich

The Rule: Horizontal ruler must be IN FRONT of the vertical ruler and touching it. Measure from the top of the fiber or conduit — NOT from the ground. Minimum depth is 7 inches.

1. Ruler is behind vertical.

6. Vault Rules Critical

⛔ DO NOT DRILL: Green vaults and Large Concrete vaults must NEVER be drilled.
✅ Grey Concrete: Drilling approved only if depth reaches >7" before entry.

Multiple Vault Routes: On sites with multiple vault routes, always verify and document the path to the FINAL vault.
